Black & Silver is organized for African-American women 50 and older to connect and build friendships. The purpose and ultimate goals of the group are for older black women to: 1. To inspire each other in becoming healthy or to maintain an already healthy lifestyle. 2. To motivate and uplift each other in the spirit of sisterhood in every facet of life. 3. Enjoy outdoor activities with other outdoor enthusiasts. If you're looking for a group to hike, walk, bike (road, greenway, trails, or single track), kayak, ski, sail, fish, boat, or some other outdoor activity during the week join us. Most activities are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays. But the group offers outdoor activities every day of the week. The group is not focused on any particular activity.
